#280 Ginger Rose: Gucci's Ginger Rose is my all time favourite lipstick and I have bought several over the years. I was sad to learn they have been discontinued so I bought a few more to tide me over until I can find a suitable replacement. How frustrated I was then, to discover that the colour and formula have changed and indeed, I compared the new buy to my older version of Ginger Rose and they are not the same colour. The newer version is duller and less pigmented, more of a classic standard orange than the bright and luminous pinky-orange it was in previous incarnations... To think I blew nearly 200 bucks on my fave lipstick that is no longer what it once was. Bitterly disappointed.
